Welcome to the land of Iroise and Abers. Quiet in the countryside, 3km from the coast (GR34), atypical independent house of 100m² (barn renovated in 2006 + wood extension) located near an old mill, in the middle of meadows and fields. Not overlooked. Very calm district, in dead end, river with 20m. the house is located near an old renovated mill where we live. There is no other house on site. Natural environment: pastures, meadows maintained by our 3 goats and 2 ponies (and especially without chemical weed killer!)
