Großer Waxenstein - apartment with balcony for 2 to 4 guests

The 86 square meter apartment Großer Waxenstein is located on the first floor and is very comfortable thanks to the visible beam ceiling and the high-quality oak parquet. Two bedrooms with double beds can accommodate four people and the open-plan living and dining room invites you to have a nice time together. The highlight is the own south balcony with a view of the Zugspitze. The whole apartment is equipped with a floor heating, which can be adjusted separately in each room. In the modern kitchen you will find all the important appliances and the bathroom provides a bath for even more relaxation. A pleasant stay is guaranteed in this apartment. Wi-Fi is for free, but please notice that the connection could be affected by the mountain called "Sonneberg" which is a natural radiation blocker! The reception of digital devices can be affected by it. Dogs are not allowed, this is a non smoker flat! For Babys between 0-2 years, we charge 5 Euro per night (high chair and baby bed included). A storage for skier is in the basement of the house (for general use), also a washing machine and a dryer for all of our guests. A parking lot is available within a short walk (we are looking for your understanding, that we can't reserve a parking lot for you). The apartment is located in a quiet location in the district Partenkirchen. The historic Ludwigstraße is within walking distance. Here you will find good restaurants, butchers, an organic market, bakers and a cheese shop. Also worth a visit is the chocolate factory Chocolaterie Amelie, where you can observe the production of chocolate or participate in praline courses.
