The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided: Bedroom 1 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses Bedroom 2 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses Livingroom : a two people high-comfort sofa bed The apartment is equipped: TV, high speed Wifi a washer dryer, a hair dryer a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares a baby bed if needed Guest Access: Warning : To access the apartment we must come to open the first door that opens with the help of a badge, which we have in our possession. The Neighborhood: Between Louvre Museum, Notre Dame and Le Marais, the apartment is in the most central neighbourhood of Paris. The district is the vibrant center of the Parisian life. It is mostly made of pedestrian streets that are perfect ways to discover the historical center of the city. Our neighbourhood is a place steeped in history from where you can discover Paris, enjoy a cup of coffee or simply taste one of the French restaurants a few meters from your Parisian home. The neighborhood is very safe with the Pompidou Museum of Modern Art 200m away from the apartment. Getting Around: Nearest Metro Station: Etienne Marcel : Line 4 Other Things to Note: Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am => On the day of departure, you can leave your bags in the apartment until noon while the cleaning is being done. After noon, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. We do not serve breakfast. Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only. As you know we are in a historic building with sensitive neighbors. Please pay particular attention during your stay to the apartment rules: - no smoking - no parties - no music - no people other than those who have registered their identity cards - no noise in common areas of the building - no animals - no professional photo or video session If only one of these rules is not respected: - a penalty equal to the total amount of the deposit will be invoiced. - the reservation will be stopped during the stay and you will no longer be allowed to stay in the apartment. In order to guarantee compliance with these rules: - you will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site - a separate deposit will be made and sent to you by email five days before your arrival. Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged. These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
