Summary: You are leaving in the heart of Paris! Located on the third floor of a building dating from 1860,the apartment will surprise you lit by the light of day that makes the apartment cosy. The living room is a warm room, carefully decorated always in the unique spirit of the Parisian style. From the entrance of the apartment to the bathroom, the mix of precious materials and furniture together convey a harmonious elegance. The Space: The apartment has: -1 living room with 1 sofa bed -1 dining area with a bar and 7 stools -1 fully equipped kitchen -1 master bedroom with a private bathroom (bath and sink) -2nd bedroom -1 bathroom (shower,sink, 1WC) - 2 WC (one separated) The apartment comfortable for 4 people, and a maximum of 7 people. The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided: Bedroom 1 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses Bedroom 2 with a 5***** double-bed high comfort mattresses and one sofa bed for one Living Room with one very high quality sofa bed for two The apartment is equipped with : TV, high speed Wifi a washer dryer, a hair dryer a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster a fridge, an induction plate, a micro-wave, pans and other cooking wares a baby bed if needed Guest Access: The building is secured by two doors that required digicode and a swipe card. The apartment door is secured by a key that you will find in the post box, just after the first door of the building. The combination of the keybox will be send you two weeks before your arrival. The Neighborhood: There is no most alive district than the first one! Surrounded by a Cultural and Art museum created and called by one of our french president : George Pompidou, 5 minutes walking distance from the Louvre museum housing the Mona Lisa overlooks the Tuileries Garden, and 10 minutes from Notre Dame de Paris, with plenty of lovely brasseries, bars and Jazz bars, you will find everything you need. At day time cross the street, and visit the city’s oldest existing neighborhood : Le Marais. Have a walk back and enjoy a moment of shopping, before to admire the view from the river seine, where Notre Dame de Paris, is getting rebuilt. Getting Around: 2mn: Line 4 Métro châtelet, exit number 10 : Place saint opportune. Other Things to Note: Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. Check-out / Departure : until 11am => On the day of departure, you can leave your bags in the apartment until noon while the cleaning is being done. After noon, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment. We do not serve breakfast. Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only. As you know we are in a historic building with sensitive neighbors. Please pay particular attention during your stay to the apartment rules: - no smoking - no parties - no music - no people other than those who have registered their identity cards - no noise in common areas of the building - no animals - no professional photo or video session If only one of these rules is not respected: - a penalty equal to the total amount of the deposit will be invoiced. - the reservation will be stopped during the stay and you will no longer be allowed to stay in the apartment. In order to guarantee compliance with these rules: - you will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site - once the photos have been received, we will organize a video call to help prepare your stay and answer your questions - a separate deposit will be made and sent to you by email five days before your arrival. Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged. These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
