It is one of the PORTO CLÉRIGOS Apartments, located on the third floor of a fully recovered century building on the historical center, classified by UNESCO as a world humanity heritage site. Like the most recovered buildings on the old town, it has not lift. Rules and Warnings Thank you for reading the rules of the agreement contract made at reservation carefully: 1. Don't allow the entrance of strangers at the building. 2. Parties are not allowed in the apartment. 3. If you asked for daily cleaning, the apartment must be free from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., for the daily cleaning. If you don't want it, place “Don’t disturb” outside the door. 4. Checkout must be done until 12 pm. 5. Avoid to disturbs your neighbors by creating excessive noise - quiet hours are from 10 p.m. – 8 a.m. 6. Be environment friendly by: not extending shower, closing the heating when leaving the apartment, and so on. 7. Don't deteriorate the apartment condition. 8. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 9. Do not wash clothes or place any wet objects in inappropriate places, such as cabinets or other furniture, wooden floors or others which deteriorate with moisture - there is a laundry in the vicinity. 10. Do not carry out any apartment belongings, such as pillows, towels, books, cutlery or other. 11. The septic is on a well state and is very effective. However, it will clog up if improper material is placed in it. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper (e.g. feminine hygiene products), as you can be charged for damages of up to €100. 12. Smoking is allowed outside only (at windows and in balconies). 13. Pets are not allowed inside the building. 14. Foreign guests are obliged to provide the identification data required by the Portuguese control authorities for foreigners, until the checkin or during the latter. In the brochure we offer you at check-in, there are many concrete suggestions about restaurants and interesting places of the city and also of northern Portugal. And we will be on hand to clarify whatever you want. The location of the apartments is second to none: they are located right in the CENTER of Oporto's center. It is a few minutes walk from the most emblematic places of Porto, a hundred meters from the nightlife district, the arts district, surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants and you can stroll through the historic city through its beautiful and characteristic streets. It is in front of the Clérigos Tower and a 15-minute walk away is the Lello bookstore, the Majestic Café, the Bolhão market, the S. Bento train station, the Palácio da Bolsa, the São Francisco Church , D. Luiz Bridge, Ribeira and the Port wine cellars, the Crystal Palace, the Museum of Soares dos Reis, the arts district, the center of nightlife, Aliados Avenue. Around you can find all kinds of possible transport, supermarket, pharmacies, laundries, cafes, restaurants and many other services, even bicycles for rent. From São Bento station (metro and train), you can easily reach the beaches of Miramar (golf course), Aguda (small fishing port), Granja (sea water pool), Espinho (casino, golf course and a large local fair on Mondays) and Aveiro / Costa Nova south of Porto; and Vila do Conde, Braga and Guimarães to the north. Near the apartment there are all kinds of transport: - The train station "S.
