The comfortably furnished apartment consists of a living room with sofa, a well-equipped kitchenette with hob, coffee machine and a fridge/freezer, two bedrooms with one queen-size bed each as well as a bathroom with tub and toilet and offers space for 4 persons. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a television with cable and satellite connection, heating, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside there is a nice balcony at your disposal. The view into the mountains is indescribably beautiful and lets you forget the hectic pace of everyday life quickly. There is also a communal garden with sunbeds and garden furniture, as well as a communal laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Sporting activities such as hiking or cycling start right at your front door, and there is also a supermarket and several restaurants on site (140 - 250 m, 3 min walk). And for winter sports fans: the entrance to the Merano 2000 ski area is only 18 km away, the drive takes less than half an hour. Guests of the residence get free entrance to the open-air swimming pool of Tisens. Parking spaces are available on the property. Motorbikes and bicycles can be stored.
