Sea La Vie is a 3 level, 5-bedroom, 2 bathroom, 70’s inspired beach house located within walking distance from the famous Werri beach and Gerringong town center. Perfect for families with kids, couples, or people wanting to escape to the beautiful South Coast. Dine at the large 3m, 12 seat timber dining table, enjoy a BBQ on the outdoor deck with sweeping views of Werri Beach, relax in one of 2 TV rooms, or play Ping Pong in the large street-level garage. With plenty of space for the kids to play including a spacious backyard and large trampoline, Sea La Vie is the perfect house to enjoy the best of what beautiful Gerringong has to offer. With sweeping panoramic ocean views from the lounge room, main bedroom, balcony, and third-floor bedroom room you are never far away from the ocean. The house sleeps 10 people (baby cot, baby gate, high-chair, baby bath, step stools are not provided), with bedrooms spread across three levels. Perfect for a weekend getaway, mid-week break or a weeklong adventure. With its close location to the popular Gerringong golf course and surrounding wineries, Sea La Vie’s central location makes it the perfect place to set off on your south coast adventure. The house is rented out with a two-night minimum stay and a minimum 7 day stay during school holiday periods (late check-outs can be requested for an additional fee). Weekend bookings must include Friday and Saturday nights. *We do consider a one-night stay for a higher rate (including linen and cleaning). Please email us with your request. Sea La Vie Beach House *Master Bedroom 1 - located on the first floor has views of Werri beach from the private balcony, queen size bed, full height wardrobes and private ensuite with shower and washbasin and ceiling fan. *Bedroom 2 - located on the first floor is adjacent to the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and full-height wardrobe and ceiling fan. *Bedroom 3 - located on the first floor has a queen-size bed and wardrobe and ceiling fan. *Bedroom 4 - located on the second floor has views of Werri, a queen size bed full height wardrobe and ceiling fan. *Bedroom 5 - located on the second floor has a queen-size bed and full height wardrobes and ceiling fan. *Rumpus Room - Located on the lower garden level, the room has x 4 single bunk beds with sliding doors that open out to the garden. The room also doubles up as a games room. Floor free standing fans included. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a Extra Large Stainless Steel Fridge, Cooktop, Oven, Large Toaster, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee Machine, and Soda Stream. The dining Room's extra large 3m timber top dining table, which sits 12 people, connects to the outdoor deck through large sliding doors. Take in the view of Werri beach on the outdoor deck while enjoying a BBQ on the Weber. The laundry is located on the lower level and is equipped with a large 10kg washing machine and an 8kg dryer as well as a toilet. *A full copy of our Terms and Conditions will be emailed to you at the time of booking. Within an hour's drive of the beautiful Jervis Bay, 40 min drive from Kangaroo Valley, 15min drive from Kiama and Berry, and a 75min drive from the famous country towns of Bowral, Berrima, Bundanoon, Moss Vale, and Mittagong.
