The Space: Just a short 10 minute walk away is Pottsville Village where you'll find the IGA supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and great local cafe’s and eateries. The options for enjoying the natural beauty of Pottsville during your stay at Casa Del Mar are endless, with only a five minute walk taking you to either Pottsville Beach or the creek ocean inlet, a gorgeous swimming spot popular with families with young children. Take a dip in the surf and enjoy endless walks on the beach, or have fun exploring and swimming in the calm waters of the creek inlet. The children will love the new playground at Ambrose Park with tables, BBQ and lovely shaded grass area for relaxing there too. KITCHEN + DINING The gorgeous kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances including a new induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with filtered water, blender, toaster and breakfast bar with 3 x stools. The 8-10 seater dining table leads into a spacious open plan living room. LIVING AREA The light filled living room flows beautifully to the kitchen and outdoor area. There is a 50inch Smart TV and Free Wifi available. BEDROOMS Arrive to find the beds all made with crisp white linens and fluffy towels for each guest. The bedrooms are spacious and all have ceiling fans, ample storage space and blinds. OUTDOOR AREA The undercover outdoor space is the perfect spot to dine and relax offering a 6 burner gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table seating up to 8-10 people. The fully fenced huge backyard is great for families and guests travelling with pets. Enjoy the outdoor rain shower to rinse off when coming back from the beach. BATHROOM The one bathroom has been newly renovated complete with a rain shower and seperate toilet. We supply shampoo, conditioner and bath towels. LAUNDRY Features an 8kg washing machine and dryer for laundering your clothes during your stay. There are also two outdoor clothes lines available. PARKING There is off-street parking for two cars with additional on-street parking directly in front of the house. ESSENTIALS We provide most things needed to start your holiday including soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet tissue plus a few kitchen and pantry essentials. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of one cupboard and an outdoor storage room. Pottsville Beach and the calm waters of the creek ocean inlet are a 5 minute walk via a safe bike path from Casa Del Mar. Engage with nature and take a visit to the Pottsville Environmental Park, just a short 3 minute walk from Casa Del Mar. The park is over 50 hectares of natural coastal vegetation, nested between the two arms of Cudgera Creek, with over 4km of walking tracks, wetland boardwalks and viewing platforms – a great scenic walk to enjoy nature at its best. For day trips a 30min drive from Pottsville will take you to many more stunning tweed coast beaches, natural wonderlands, organic growers and renowned restaurants, cafe’s and breweries. Getting Around: Pottsville Beach has been a drawcard for holidaymakers for generations. A bike and pedestrian path runs along Tweed Coast Road whereby keen bike riders can easily access the 5km track north to Cabarita Beach. 5 minutes from Casa Del Mar is Ambrose Park which offers a kids playground, tables, BBQ’s and lovely shaded grass areas - continuing 5 minutes on is the village centre. The creek ocean inlet is a pretty little place that has calm blue water, golden sands and an environment that kids will love to explore.
