ED Refnr. 2918670 Villa Captain Alex Dio, is a superb holiday property, one of the two Captain Alex Villas, located in a quiet area of the popular resort of Dasia and just a breath away from the surrounding beaches and local amenities. The Villa features an extensive private landscape with a lovely pool (10 x 5 m), gym, sauna, exceptional furnishings, and it is also fully air-conditioned. Captain Alex Dio has three levels, and it is spacious enough for a family or party of twelve persons. Guests will stay in five charming bedrooms, five bathrooms along with a private pool. The two extra adults can also stay on request and a bed supplement. Layout A front marble staircase leads to the middle level of the house and the main balcony. The entrance door opens up into a luxury lounge, a dining and a kitchen area, with a fully equipped kitchen. Alongside this space, there is a small office for personal use and balconies overlooking the pool, the stunning countryside and the mount Pantokrator. There are also two twin bedrooms on this level, the first one with an en-suite bathroom and the second with an en-suite shower room. A marble staircase connects this part of the house with the upper level, which houses a Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private balconies with sea views. The second interior staircase lands on the lower ground level, which can fully function separately from the rest of the house with its exit doors and facilities. This part of the residence features a sitting and dining area, a small kitchen with all the necessary cooking facilities, a large double bedroom and a shower room with Jacuzzi – sauna. Between the bedroom and the shower room, there is a gym space (with treadmill, bicycle, cross trainer, portable table tennis, dumbbells, jump ropes) for those looking to stay fit whilst away from home. Next to this area, there is a second double bedroom with a shower room next door and windows opening up to the garden and the pool. There is a furnished sitting area outside for some extra relaxation, underneath a roofed terrace. Pool and Gardens The most magnificent part of this superb villa is the external landscape, with olive trees, beautiful flowers and a large private pool (10 x 5 m) with a separate section for children. Stone paved terraces alongside the pool remain sunny most of the day and provide all the facilities for relaxing sunbathing in tranquillity. An outdoor jacuzzi is next to the pool, and it is big enough for three or four persons. Close to the pool, there is a built Barbecue with dining facilities for cooking and dining al fresco. Next to the Barbecue, there is also a small playground for the younger occupants' satisfaction, with a slide and swing set.
