** Minimum of 2 nights but we are happy to accept a single night booking when it falls before or after another reservation. ** La Pinay is located in the idyllic countryside of Lacave (located between Rocamadour and Souillac). The small house is on a cliff dug in the rock and decorated with a mixture of flea market and modern elements. The terrace, the jacuzzi (available all year round) and the garden offer a magnificent view of the valley. HOUSING The small house is composed of 3 floors equipped: wifi, heating, air conditioning and a fireplace. On the ground floor is the kitchen, the dining room, the shower room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a stove with oven and a set of kitchen utensils. of dishes. On the 1st floor is the living room with: flat screen TV with satellite channels, wood burning stove, desk and a selection of books in English and French for adults and children as well as toys. On the 2nd floor is the bedroom which can accommodate 3 people. There is a queen size bed (190x140) and a single bed (190x90). The room can be divided by a curtain. There is a small vanity with hair dryer. Outdoor is a semi-fenced private garden which includes 2 sunbeds. The terrace includes a dining table, 3 chairs, a barbecue and an umbrella. The private heated jacuzzi is available all year round. Access requires a supplement of 30 Euros per stay, payable locally. Free access to the pool (open from May to mid September) is at our hotel-restaurant "Le Pont de l'Ouysse", located 500 meters only. The price includes bed linen and towels (except pool towels). The private heated jacuzzi is available all year round. Access requires a supplement of 30 Euros per stay, payable upon arrival. Cleaning is optional. A deposit of 50 Euros will be due on arrival, refunded upon departure after inspection of the cottage. Pets are welcome with a supplement charge. The swimming pool at the hotel-restaurant Pont de l'Ouysse (500 meters from the house) is open only from May to mid-September. I do not serve breakfast but I make available to my guests some breakfast items like coffee, tea/infusion, cereals, grilled bread, home-made jams, eggs, butter, milk, sugar and honey. Also available are some basic cooking ingredients like vegetable oil, olive oil, walnut oil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar and red wine vinegar.
