Fully self-contained, your penthouse boasts reverse cycle air-conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, open plan living, TV and DVD, and laundry facilities. Theres also a pool in the complex. The study area can be a third bedroom with bi-fold doors that close it off and a sofabed.
