The apartment is located a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower, in the lively Dupleix district. The shops on rue de Lourmel are a 2-minute walk away, as are the Bir Hakeim and Dupleix metro stations. Located on the ground floor, in a former grocery store, the apartment consists of a large kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people.
