This pretty holiday apartment with balcony and shared pool is located in a complex near Corno di Rosazzo (province of Udine), in the heart of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, which is particularly rich in forests and vienyards. This is an ideal area for nature and sports lovers, who will certainly appreciate the variety of marked hiking and biking trails. In this place the paths meander through beautiful landscapes and cross production areas of worldfamous Friulian wines. Your holiday apartment is also a perfect starting point to discover the art-historical treasures of the region: Cividale del Friuli (10 km) wih its ancient center, a UNESCO Worldheritage Site, Gorizia (18 km), Udine (24 km) and Trieste (60 km), as well as the historical Palmanova and Aquileia. For those who wish spending a day at the sea, the closest beach is in Marina Julia (ca. 30 km) but also the well-equipped beaches of Grado, which are very suitable for families with children, are a good alternative. The accommodation is within a well-known farm producing wine, which guests can taste upon request. The accommodations IFC138, IFC140 and IFC144 are within the same complex. Arrivals are only possible between 4 and 7 pm. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 5.00 per person or bring their own.
