Spacious house with a beautiful garden and a private pool with a fence for more security for the little ones in the family. Natural grass area, which will allow the enjoyment of young and old in a quiet, intimate, and safe environment.   This charming house has a beautiful entrance hall that gives access to a living room. The living room communicates directly with the terrace, garden, and pool.   On the same ground floor is the large kitchen, fully equipped. The ground floor also has a guest bathroom.   The upper floor has four bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms, one with a terrace overlooking the sea and the other with a private bathroom.There is air conditioning in the master bedroom. 2 bedrooms with two single beds. Nearby is a second bathroom with a bathtub.   The climate, location, and features of this house will allow you to fully enjoy your vacation and getaway all year round. The outdoor dining area, barbecue facilities are private. The barbecue should be cleaned after each use.      THE POOL    It is private, but the neighbours' rest hours, bathing suits, and use of the pool must be respected. It also has sun loungers.      PARKING    You can enter two vehicles inside the property, you can also park for free and easily on the street. The street is shared with residents. All services must be booked in advance.   - BUS: Day and night services. Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.   - TRAIN: The house is close to the train stations of VILASSAR DE MAR and PREMIÀ DE MAR. The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts between 25 and 35 minutes.      BARCELONA    It is about 30 minutes by car. This will be done upon arrival by credit card pre-authorization. -All people in the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity document. Documents will be requested before and during the welcome. -During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult, they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians. - Guests must also remove the garbage from the accommodation periodically to avoid odours and dirt and we beg to avoid waste and negligent use of resources, electricity, water, and gasTogether we must respect and preserve the resources we have, excessive use can mean that the deposit is not returned in full.     IT'S NOT ALLOWED    - Host or invite more people than those registered when making the reservation. - Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations ...) from 9:00 p.m. and before 09:00 a.m. It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours. - Organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any unsuitable behaviour. - Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional expense. - No guest is allowed to smoke inside the house, if guests wish, they can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the property. In that case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces and/or balconies. - Student groups are not allowed. - No pets allowed.
