PROPERTY DESCRIPTION The approximately 800 m² holiday house with 9 apartments is exposed on a hillside with stunning sea views in the beautiful resort of Duce, very close to Omis in Central Dalmatia, only 25 km south of Split. The house is located in a residential area without bars, restaurants or other noise generating facilities. A largely covered parking space can accommodate up to 10 cars. The kilometer-long sandy beach of Duce is only about 300 m and the entire touristically interesting infrastructure is also in walking distance. The house offers 9 rental units on 4 floors and a beautiful, idyllic green courtyard, and a lounge that includes a large barbecue, which may be used if required for celebrations in private circles of the guests of the house. Otherwise, dinner is also served on request. Of course, breakfast is also available on request. The hospitable landlords have a well-stocked wine cellar and also offer in-house products such as wine, various schnapps, ham, various types of cheeses, etc. The son of the house owns a sightseeing boat - guests have in this way the opportunity to visit the opposite island of Brac. Also renting is possible on request. In addition, there are also 10 bicycles available for exploring the area. The house offers 3 large, 3 medium and 3 smaller apartments for 2-6 persons. All apartments except (Z4 and A2) offer a magnificent sea view. All rental units are without exception equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and a balcony / terrace. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available. You enter the building on the 3rd floor from the street that runs above the house. The 4th floor is thus climbed e.g. only one floor. Pets are welcome too. If necessary, the communal washing machine can be used.
