Quiet, Convenient House near West Newton Square

Light filled, large bedroom on very private 2nd floor with attached full bathroom. Possible small 2nd bedroom with twin bed could be added on for extra fee. Off street parking for one car on dead end street in quiet, safe neighborhood. Whether here for business or visiting relatives and friends, this is one of the most convenient areas of Boston. Our home is pet, smoke, and mold free due to allergies. Bedding and pillows are also hypo-allergenic with no down/feathers. Please note: Sometimes GPS will send you to the other Howard Street in Newtonville but there is no #17. MY Howard Street in WEST NEWTON is off Adams AVE, off Cherry STREET. Once you get settled, you can come and go from separate entrance on your own schedule. We are less than a mile/walking distance to West Newton Square with the best indie film theatre, "West Newton Cinema" around. There you will also find shops and restaurants including Boston's favorite BBQ "Blue Ribbon," and Irish pub "Paddys," among others. Very easy access to the Mass Pike, only 20 minutes into downtown Boston, or to 128 North and South. There is a public transportation "T-stop" only 2 miles away and a commuter train and buses out of the Sq. Close to Brandeis University and Lasell College. Only (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes to Boston College, Boston University, Harvard, or MIT. Very close to the "Heartbreak Hill" section of the Boston Marathon.
