Casa Livia with Terrace and Sea View in Positano Center

CASA LIVIA is a charming 4-person house facing both sun and sea. From Casa Livia you’ll be able to enjoy a wonderful view of Positano’s Spiaggia Grande beach, the coast and the sea. Casa Livia is about 70 square meters in size and features Wi-Fi and a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea. You’ll be in the centre of Positano, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, public transport links, the beach and the tourist port. The local bus stop is 500 metres away. You won’t need a car to stay at Casa Livia, but if you do come by car you can park for a fee in a public car park about 800 metres away. You get to Casa Livia from the main road by going down about 70 steps. THE PRIVATE TERRACE is partly shaded by a pergola and is furnished with a table, chairs, an umbrella and three sun loungers. You can enjoy the view of the sea and Positano from the terrace . THE LIVING ROOM has been tastefully furnished and contains a sofa, a television and a dining table for four people. The living area also has a kitchenette. The kitchen contains a four-hob gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge with freezer, a moka coffee pot and other small appliances. From the living room you’ll have access through a French window onto the terrace with a view of the sea and the Amalfi coast. THE FIRST BEDROOM contains two single beds and a fan. A French window provides access onto the terrace from the bedroom , offering a view of the sea and the Amalfi coast. You get to the bedroom from the corridor. THE SECOND BEDROOM contains two single beds and a fan. A French window provides access onto the terrace from the bedroom, offering a view of the sea and the Amalfi coast. You get to the bedroom from the corridor. THE BATHROOM contains a sink, a bidet, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. Here you’ll also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You access the bathroom from the corridor. Important things to know - Tourist Tax: 1,50 Euros per person per day, from 1 April until October 31 . Children under the age of 10 are exempt from this tax. - Final cleaning: 90,00 Euros. - House not suitable for children under 14 years.
