Outdoor furniture, umbrellas & a gas barbecue are provided for alfresco meals. There are two bedrooms upstairs with good quality queen beds, the second also has a single bed. Both bedrooms have access to a bathroom with shower recess & vanity, with a separate WC. On the ground level is a third sleeping area with three bunk beds, bathroom with shower & WC plus laundry facilities. The 2nd living area has been recently refurbished & has a pool table, 2nd television & sitting area. For convenience, a 2 nd fridge is located in this area. Off-street car & boat parking is available with a fenced & gated back garden area. Fantastic outdoor shower area perfect for after the beach!
