Villa Flores is a brand new villa, very comfortable, modern, and luxuriously furnished with all you might need for a very comfortable stay. Villa offers all exclusively for you: OUTDOOR AREA: Private, heated pool 12m x 4,5m, sun deck area with 10 deck chairs surrounded by Mediterranean garden from one side, and sandy beach just behind the gate. A rooftop Jacuzzi 14m2 with spacious lounge area for comfortable sitting for 10 people (at the huge area on top of the villa) so you can imagine the feeling of having the Adriatic sea at your palm. GROUND FLOOR: Indoor heated pool 6m x 2,4m with massage and counter-current swimming program; gym and sauna place with shower and TV; a living and dining area with TV and fully equipped kitchen with exit to a barbecue area and outdoor dining area next to the beach. Bedroom No1 with double bed 200cm x 220cm and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. All air-conditioned, and fully covered with free WiFi. FIRST FLOOR: Comfortable and opened-plan living and dining area with glass walls and beach/sea views, TV, fully equipped kitchen, exit to a covered terrace with outdoor dining area; Family bathroom with bathtub; Bedroom No2, Bedroom No3 and Bedroom No4, all with double bed 200cm x 220cm, and there is an extra sofa bed for one person. All fully air-conditioned. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops within walking distance, town Omiš (500m far) that offers many activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking and cycling trails, water activities and of course a lot of historical attractions in the old part of town. To make your stay more comfortable, the owner can organize breakfast during your stay on your request, the price is 8€ per person. Also, there is an opportunity to have a chef for the whole stay (min. 7 days). This would all be organized with the owner on-site. Feel the pleasant Mediterranean breeze, come to the Villa Flores. FERIEHOME COVID-19 FREE CANCELLATION POLICY 1) If you decide to cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day due to closed borders, or your government has banned tourist travel to the region where the booked property is located, then you are entitled to a full refund that the agency received, deducted for the transaction cost. 2) If you decide to cancel a reservation up to 30 days before the arrival day because the region in which the booked property is located is on the red list, or you need to go to quarantine after staying in the booked holiday home, or flights to our region are canceled, then you will be issued a credit voucher for the amount that agency received, which you can use within 24 months from the issuing date, for the originally booked holiday home. 3) If for the reasons stated in points 1 and 2 you canceled the reservation within 29 days before the start of your holiday and the agency managed to book the same facility with another guest in that case the agency is obliged to issue a credit voucher in the amount of payment received from another guest within your term (last minute discount, etc.) which you can use within 24 months from the date of issuance of the voucher for the accommodation that was originally booked REMARK: • The guest cannot request a refund or a credit voucher for any reason other than the reasons stated above.
