On the middle level the open plan living, dining, fully equipped kitchen opens onto the covered deck with a stunning outdoor dining setting and BBQ. This level also includes one master bedroom with ocean views, two other bedrooms, main bathroom, powder room and the laundry. The top floor is completely dedicated to the parent retreat with its magnificent oceans views from the bedroom, ensuite, lounge and private deck. This level also has a small kitchenette and study nook for those who need a quiet place to work. The lower level has another large bedroom with its own bathroom and there is a separate access to the covered outdoor entertaining area, pool and double garage.
