Perfect holidays, in quiet village, heated pool

three appartments in a villa like building entrance hall meaning you can easily go from one apartment to the other. Dining area for 14.... we often have groups of friends or family groups staying. Total area 150 m², max 14 people (5 double bedrooms + 3 sofa-beds, 3 bathrooms) Super equipped for groups, large fridges, freezer, all the necessary kitchen equipment. Easy parking Secluded garden and lovely views Situated on the edge of the village - very quiet Les gites du cabardes since 2003 We usually reply within the hour We have wifi but its not very fast :)) Sorry, no parties as it's such a quiet part of the world I'm afraid the holiday tax will be due on arrival (1.10€/adult/night) Also, extra charge for electricity from 15/10 to 15/04... sorry about that!! The village is situated just 8 kms/5 miles from Carcassonne Ventenac is an authentic, quiet village situated close to CARCASSONNE. You'll find a well stocked village shop, a tennis court, childrens' park and of course several wineries, all within 300 m. WALKERS AND CYCLISTS PARADISE "straight from the doorstep"
