Parking for 3 cars. Private entrance. Can engage with owners (next door) or not, your choice. Complimentary Wifi . Home was built in the 1930's, beautiful woodwork and hard wood floors, yet updated with modern amenities. One bathroom. Requires morning coordination. Large hot water heater recovers quickly. This is a private space. First, second and basement areas are available to our guests. Myself, or a member of my staff, will be available 24/7 for any issues that may arise. Downtown Nashua is walkable, less than a mile away. Shopping, Restaurants, scenic North End. Your AirBnB is also less than 1/4 mile to Fields Grove Nature Park. The park includes: picnic areas, pickle court, nature trails, fishing, duck watching. Also less than 1/4 mile is the Nashua Holocaust Memorial, a walking memorial that is very touching and tranquil. Grocery, drugstores, fast food also walkable. 30 minute to Manchester NH and SNHU Main Campus, 45 to Boston MA. 1 hour-ish to Gilford NH (Lakes Region) and Concert Venues.
