At the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower/toilet. The house offers Air-conditioning, central heating and Wi-Fi internet access. To its guests the villa offers a swimming pool, a spacious terrace and parking places for three cars. Private parking secured inside property. The swimming pool and the garden are maintained once a week. Cot and bikes are available on your request. Smoking is not permitted inside the house but only outside. Cash box is available for your valuables. Visitors of Villa Nina will need a car as the village is not accessible by public transport. Minimum period of rental in July and August is 7 days. The area has many hiking and biking trails, wine trails and Porec offers many sporting activities at sea.
