APARTMENT 35 @ HIBISCUS GARDENS RESORT is an Apartment situated in a beautiful Balinese inspired Resort in the heart of Port Douglas - the shops, the restaurants, the beach, the marina and much more, are all within an easy stroll. Here is your chance to stay in our beautiful top floor apartment in the acclaimed Hibiscus Gardens & Spa Resort - enjoying its spectacular outlook over the Resort and surrounds - the perfect place for a romantic holiday or other special visit to the tropics. The Apartment is special - situated on the top floor at the end of the southern building, offering privacy (with only 1 neighbour) and windows on 3 sides, it's especially light, bright and airy. And being a corner apartment, the balcony is bigger than most, with railings on 2 sides, giving a beautiful outlook over the Resort and the surrounds. And its location in the Resort means it's the closest to beautiful 4-Mile Beach, an easy 3 minute walk. Both the Marina and the centre of Port Douglas, with its many shops, restaurants, cafes and other attractions, are a similar short walk. Guests enjoy the use of the shared under cover car park, with your car always nearby. The Apartment is fully prepared for your arrival, with freshly laundered sheets and pillow cases, that we obtain from the local laundry service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene. We also provide each guest with a bath towel, a beach towel, a face cloth and shampoo/conditioner/soap. Tea, coffee, sugar salt & pepper are also provided. The Apartment is a self service apartment, so we do not service the Apartment during your stay, but if you are staying more than 8 nights, we provide a complimentary mid stay clean and change of linen, towels and toiletries. The Apartment is on the top floor, up easy flights of stairs. Access into the Apartment is from the stair well by a private locking gate, that leads onto the spacious balcony, the perfect place to eat, enjoy a drink or to simply relax, whilst enjoying the beautiful outlook (including over one of the Resort's pools). From your private balcony, you enter the Apartment, with its kitchenette (that includes a full size fridge), open lounge room with daybed for a 3rd guest (if needed) and TV, leading through to the separately partitioned bedroom, with its queen size bed and onto the bathroom beyond. The facilities of the Resort are available for the use of guests, including 2 swimming pools and the ever popular on-site Spa. There is a shared laundry for guests, that operates on a user pay basis. If you have never been to Port Douglas before, then Apartment 35 @ Hibiscus Gardens Resort is the only place to stay, and if you have been here before, you already know Apartment 35 is the best place to stay. Guest access: There are 2 heated pools in the Resort, outdoor bbq's, an on-site spa, a guests' laundry (user pay) and free on-site parking. Guest interaction: We live locally, so guests are free to contact us at all times. Neighbourhood overview: Located in the heart of Port Douglas, you are in the centre of things, all within an easy stroll from the Apartment. Getting around: Being in the centre of town, many guests do not worry about having a car. There is a local shuttle service operates through out Port Douglas for those who want to do 'exploring'. Other things to note: We provide an easy check in procedure, with a key safe on the balcony door, letting guests check themselves in - but we are available to help guests with their arrival if requested.
