Villa Fillide F is a cozy and welcoming two-story apartment surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps four people. From Villa Fillide F you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside and of the greenery. Villa Fillide F is 60 square meters (645 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Sant'Agnello di Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the stop for the EAV bus Sorrento Marina Piccola (porto) - Sorrento stazione - Sant'Agnello line a few meters (feet) away. Villa Fillide F is located on the bottom floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps. You will not need a car to stay at Villa Fillide F. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a reserved covered parking space, in a fenced yard. As guests of the villa you'll fully enjoy the pleasure of a stay into a charming two-floors country house surrounded by a lovely large orange and lemon garden. At a distance of 2 km from Sorrento, the pacefulness and relax of this fabulous country area is just priceless! The complex is composed by 6 apartments located into 3 separate houses and can host up to 25 people. Apartments A and B are located on the first floor of a villa; Apartments C and D located into a dependence not far from the garden and Apartments E and F, located into a nearby independent house. The landlords live on the bottom floor of the villa and will be available for you whenever you need, with discreetness. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, from 1.30 meter (4.3 feet) to 1.7 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October. Please kindly note. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 18 are exempt. Terrace The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with tables, chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the greenery. You will share the terrace with the other guests staying at the complex. Garden The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed citrus trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex. Laundry room You will be able to reach the laundry room through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Patio The patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside and of the greenery. Entrance LevelLiving Room The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room also has a window with a view of the surrounding houses. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room. Bottom LevelBedroom The furnishings of the bedroom are simple and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has two high windows with a view of the greenery.
