This accommodation has the prerogative to offer the unique experience of living Venice as a local, in fact the area is not very touristy and not chaotic but, at the same time, is located within walking distance from the Giardini area, where tourists from all over the world come every year to visit the exhibitions of the "Biennale". Moreover, in summer, it is possible with just one stop by vaporetto to relax on the fantastic sandy beach of Lido, where you can sunbathe and have a swim in the Adriatic Sea. The property consists of a living room with kitchen, two bathrooms with shower and a bedroom in a charming and bright loft. The large windows allow natural light to enter and illuminate the whole house. Recommended for couples but also for families thanks to the sofa bed in the living room on the lower floor. Piazza San Marco is reachable in 20 minutes with a splendid walk along Riva degli Schiavoni that allows you to admire the beauty of the Venetian lagoon and to immerse yourself in the atmosphere recalling the Venice of the past. The apartment has independent heating and air conditioning, you will find ironing board and iron, internet access (wi-fi), hair dryer, 2 anti-mosquito electrical equipment and a TV. The American kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and kettle. At 400m you can find a well-stocked supermarket for your daily needs. Check-in is from 3pm to 7pm. It is possible to arrange a late check-in but is subject to agreement and with an extra. The tourist tax needs to be paid at the check-in and amounts to € 5 per person per night. Pets are not allowed.
