The building was built in the 60's. At the beginning of 2018 it is acquired to make these apartments. It has been a comprehensive reform of the building, retaining only exterior facades and structure, therefore, everything you are going to find is new. Given the size of the reform, it has been used to make a total thermal and acoustic insulation. It can be accessed with the vehicle to the building and has an elevator. The architectural barriers have been eliminated to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility, and we have an apartment fully adapted for these people. The environment in which the building is located is of special protection by Patrimonio de la Junta de Castilla y León. Next, the walls and the Cathedral. At about 60 meters from the apartments you have the Plaza de Regla, known as Plaza de la Catedral. Here begins the nerve center of leisure, gastronomy, culture. From here the Wide Street that connects this square with the Plaza de San Marcelo. Calle Ancha divides the old area into two parts, the popular Barrio Húmedo and the Barrio Romántico, with similar but somewhat different environments. In any of these areas you have plenty of bars (with the famous tapas of Leon), restaurants, pubs, terraces, ... to enjoy morning, afternoon and evening.
