The house is distributed on one floor, has two bedrooms, one double and one with two separate beds, a complete bathroom with bathtub, a large living room with dining area and opened equipped kitchen to the living room. The property is fenced, has a swimming pool with a child protection barrier, a children's area with games and swings for children, a barbecue, a ping-pong table and an outdoor shower. The village of Santa Margarita is located in the northeast of Mallorca and is very well situated in a sandstone coloured region with many olive and fig trees. The beaches of Can Picafort are about 8 km away. The house is situated approximately 2 km from the centre of the village.
