We decided to live this historical place very close to the medieval city  where many shops and restaurants is located (more than fifty summer) 2 mintes drive from home. the other side is Lake Cavayère 1 minute "Carcassonne Beach" where there are 2 beaches Hawk  and many water games and waterskiing (wake) very many visits to Carcassonne and around: Cathar castles (the first within 15 kms) abbeys, vineyards, medieval villages, ......
