This Large house is located in a hilly position in the picturesque medieval hamlet of Anguillara Sabazia on the shores of Lake Bracciano. This house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood just uphill from this beautiful lake. The house has a large porch with garden furniture making it the ideal place to relax and al fresco dining. The house also has a large well-kept fenced garden with private swimming pool. This property is equally delightful indoors where guests will find a very spacious living and dining area. This is further complimented by a converted basement with additional seating and billiard room. The house has no less than five bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the garden, via an small road of 600 m, guests directly access beach of the lake where you can rent boats, surfboards and pedal boats, and where are boarding points for boat tours to the enchanting coastal towns of Tervignano and Bracciano. In the summer months the villages of Anguillara and Lake Bracciano are not to be missed as they host various events and gastronomic festivals. The sea of the coast of Lazio is only 30 km and the centre of Rome is 39 km away, reachable by train which runs every 30 minutes. In the basement there are a large living room and billiard room, the rooms have a panoramic side view on the lake and air conditioning on request. Two covered parking spaces are available. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out.
