Sophisticated 100 Yr Old English Tudor Upper Flat with hardwood floors, crown moldings, sunken living room, natural fireplace, built-in bookcases, and fully furnished. Spacious (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) sq. foot 2nd-floor unit. Safe and QUIET neighborhood just blocks from Atwater beach. Cats are on the property and do not go any guest space. Make sure you have the correct number of guests on your reservation request. Bookings on a Friday or Saturday are required to include both nights. The second floor is a great large space. I do live on the first floor. The second floor, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) sq feet and has a separate entrance. Three bedrooms: 1) full 2) queen 3) full & twin Three fold up beds (comfy) which can be in another room or the large living room plus air mattresses if needed. Please inquire if interested. The third floor has total of 4 beds - 2 twins, 1 double and 1 queen. There are 2 bedrooms (queen & twin) and a LARGE rec room area with comfy queen bed couch in the TV area, bathroom and kitchen. Check-in is easy and you can check-in any time after 3 pm, and please let me know what time you plan on arriving. There is a lock box on the front door and I will give you the code the day of your arrival. Please leave the key in the lock box as there are keys on the kitchen counter. Walk up the stairs to the second floor and that door will be open and keys (to second floor door) will be on the kitchen counter. I would like to meet you and introduce myself sometime early in your stay to welcome you and answer any questions. Message me if you need anything. I want to make sure you have everything you may need during your stay. This is a very quiet neighborhood and guests cannot disrupt or inconvenience the neighbors. If you have more than 2 cars I ask you park them around the corner as to not inconvenience my neighbors in parking in front of their house and having to dodge cars. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood! Blocks from Atwater Beach which is all sand - search internet for pictures. Close to bus lines and Bubbler rental bikes. Blocks from grocery store, restaurants and shops, and just north of downtown Milwaukee. Beautiful walking neighborhood. Blocks from bus routes.
