This outstanding penthouse is located at Albatros Resort 1 in Mar de Cristal. The complex has 18 apartments and 33 houses with communal garden with swimming pool. The entrance goes to the spacious living, dining room which has audio, cd/dvd , satellite TV and Wi-Fi access. The interior is very luxurious and furnished to a very high standard. The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning/heating and is thus also suitable for use throughout the year. It comprises of 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each and a private built-in wardrobe.In addition, 1 x bathroom with shower and toilet and 1 x bathroom (connected to the master bedroom) with shower and toilet. It has a fully equipped kitchen (self catering) which is equipped to include fan assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, juicer, toaster and refrigerator. In the utility area there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and boiler. The terrace from the lounge is completely covered (about 45 m2) and accessible by sliding doors. A Paddle and Tennis court is nearby.A few minutes by car takes you to Los Belones where there is a wide range of shops, bakers, banks and last but not least many restaurants with their own international specialities. If you are golf lovers, you can visit the famous La Manga Club Golf Resort on the other side of the motorway (10 minutes by car) and you can choose from a large variety of golf courses, all of which are reachable within 30 minutes by car. The fishing village of Cabo de Palos is also 10 car minutes away and has excellent (fish) restaurants. The historic port city of Cartagena with the many restored ruins but also with the many shops and department stores (including El Corte Ingles) make a visit very worthwhile.
