LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN & DINING: The beautifully designed living room offers plenty of comfortable places to relax, including a sofa, armchair, and chaise lounge. The flat-screen TV promises to keep you entertained when not exploring the historical side of the village. The French doors lead to the terrace/patio with outdoor furniture, where you can gather your loved ones and enjoy dinner together with a backdrop of striking Lake Como views. The well-equipped kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including a microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, cooking basics, and silverware. There is also a dining table inside the property. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: There are 5 bedrooms on the property—four are furnished with double beds, while the fifth one is furnished with 2 single beds. Also, there are 3 bathrooms—two of them are fitted with cabin showers, and the third offers a bathtub with an over-bath shower. OUTDOOR AREAS: The villa offers 2 exceptional terraces and a garden with outdoor furniture—the perfect place to enjoy the lovely weather and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones. There is also private access to the lake for swimming. Laundry and Extra Appliances The property is also equipped with a vacuum cleaner, washing/drying machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience. This home is managed by ALTIDO.
