The Space: The apartment is located in the downtown car-free Ostend city-center with the beach almost literally at your doorstep, only 3 minutes walk away. The modern apartment is decorated with love and care, has all comfort you need and has everything you need to make your stay perfect. The living-room and kitchen is located on the 3th floor with big windows with great city view. In the back you have 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It’s fully decorated, so rest assured, everything is in a mint condition and all comfort is present! We offer you a fantastic bedrooms so you will dream like an angel, fast Wifi to look up everything you need, a flat screen with enough channels and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own food or drinks, a spacious dining area with large table for 6, has a cozy living room area! One bedroom has a kingsize double-bed, the second bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds and the third bedroom features one single bed, allowing 5 persons in total to enjoy this apartment. Ideal for a large family, friends or couples with or without children. The bedrooms have fantastic beds that have already been professionally made for you with high quality bed linen. We provide high quality hotel bedding and linen that allows you to sleep like an angel. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire house, which includes the hall, living room with big windows which can open totally to enjoy the city view or the outside life on a warm summer evening, open kitchen, dining area with large table, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a separate toilet. The Neighborhood: The apartment is located in the car-free city center of Ostend. You can go to all the best places in no time, while catching a beautiful glimpse of Ostend skyline and enjoying the good life in terms of food, drinks and culture. For those who want to do some walking, great beaches and dunes are close by, just as many exceptional places and museums interesting to visit. Getting Around: *** ACCESSIBILITY *** You can easily reach the apartment by public transport and car. You car can be parked in one of the many public parking places in the city center. *** PUBLIC TRANSPORT *** There is a bus stop, just as a tramway stop, approx. 200 meters away. The easiest way of public transport, is to hop onto the coastal-tram that stops almost everywhere and brings you in less than 5 minutes to Ostend Railway station. The tram-stop is called "Marie Joseplein". This coastal-tram takes you along the full coastline of Belgium to Knokke-Heist in the East and until De Panne in the far West. You can also take a taxi from the station to the house which will cost around 10-15 euro. Taxis can be found next to the busses in front of the railway station. *** PARKING *** Free parking is possible in the street Leopold van Tyghemlaan and other streets very nearby in the neighbourhood. Paid parking is possible in the Troonstraat and closer to the Zeedijk. Other Things to Note: *** EXTRA INFORMATION *** - We provide prepared beds with the high-quality bed linen. One pair of bed linens per guest, per stay. More bed linen can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. Baby bed linen is not included. - We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay. More bath towels can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. - We provide a Nespresso machine and 2 free capsules per guest, per stay. - We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap good for 3 days. - We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, handwash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags. We also provide dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available. *** HOUSE RULES *** - We do not allow smoking. - We do not allow parties. - If pets are allowed, an extra charge of 50 euros will be charged for hygiene reasons. This is only upon request and after confirmation. - We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request. - We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00. - We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card. The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture. Interaction with Guests: We work with straightforward (keyless) self-check-in procedures. We respect your privacy 100%, but this said, we will always be available to help or answer any questions you might have via platform message or phone.
