Gould's Convict Built Cottage

Gould's Cottage, a restored Convict Built Cottage, was originally built around 1850. Located only minutes from the centre of Hobart, Salamanca and the waterfront, Gould's Cottage is also only 250 metres from the Old Cascade Brewery and Cascade Gardens. With fantastic views of Mount Wellington, Gould's Cottage is only a short drive from the many bush walks throughout Wellington Park. Another highlight, located only 50m from the cottage, is the Convict Female Factory and the Hobart Rivulet walk which meanders all the way through South Hobart and into the city centre.
