It features a shared swimming pool, a small private terrace, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access. You will be roughly 4 km (2.5 miles) from the center of Montaione, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will reach Villa Viviana A going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 30 steps. To stay at Villa Viviana A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises. The complex is composed of Villa Vesta, a stand-alone villa, and of Villa Viviana A, B, and C, that are located in another building, that has been reconstructed and divided into holiday apartments. The two buildings forming this complex are inside a 15000 square meter park, well cured and with an unique charm.  The two antique constructions and the park that circles them were originally constructed as a typical Tuscan farm with a main house and a smaller service building. The buildings have been restored in a way that exalts the beauty of the ancient stone walls and of the terracotta decorations, and lawns and flowers are grown in the wide spaces that divide them. A wide lawn also surrounds the swimming pool. The whole is part of a splendid landscape, the kind of typical landscapes which, together with the artistic treasures kept in the cities, has made Tuscany famous all over the word: a horizon of gentle hills that intersect like the waves of a green sea, bordered here and there by the dark green rows of slim cypresses and marked by the ordered lines of the vineyards.  The complex also features a non-professional tennis court, with a concrete floor, that you will be able to use for free. Other tennis courts and sport centers are available nearby. Swimming Pool The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September. Garden From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. Laundry room You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.  Terrace You will be able to enter the terrace from the living room. It is shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a marvelous view of the Tuscan hills and of the vineyards. Garden The garden is partly shaded by trees. You will be able to reach it from the living room along an external stairway. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Tuscan hills and of the greenery. Living Room The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are in the traditional style of the Tuscan countryside. The furnishings include a long L-shaped sofa. There is a nice fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the garden. Dining Room You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room through a brickwork arched opening. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the garden. Kitchen You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a brickwork barbecue. The dining table is a little kitchen peninsula, and can accommodate two guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden. Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the swimming pool. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. Bedroom 2 You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window with a view of the garden. Bedroom 3 You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and two wrought iron twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window with a view of the hills and of the inner yard. Bedroom 4 You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the dining room. Bathroom The bathroom is tiled with lucid white majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
