Summary: There are 2 bedrooms located on the top floor with the newly renovated bathroom, one queen size bed and 2 single beds are provided with all linens. There is a full kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster and full size fridge, plus an oven and cooktop. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast provisions are provided for self catering. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer plus a second toilet, a small clothesline can be located in the rear courtyard. The Space: There are 2 bedrooms located on the top floor with the newly renovated bathroom, one queen size bed and 2 single beds are provided with all linens, extra blankets and pillows can be located in the wardrobes. There is a split system air conditioner located in the lounge room and one in the main bedroom. There is a full kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster and full size fridge, plus an oven and cook top. Tea, coffee and spreads are provided. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer plus a second toilet, a small clothesline can be located in the rear courtyard. An iron and ironing board is also provided Guest Access: Advertised nightly room rate includes bed and linens for 1-4 guests. There is single garage provided and plenty of street parking. Generally access is from 3pm and check out is 10am. Minimum stay is two nights. The Neighborhood: 5 min drive from Greenhills Shopping center, 10min to the Maitland CBD, 10 mins to the village of Morpeth and 45min-1 hour from the vinyards. Newcastle CBD is 45 min drive. Getting Around: Bus stops are close by and easy access to the highway. Other Things to Note: Smoking is not permitted in the unit or in the courtyard. Please ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy before you leave. Bins can be found in the garage or directly adjacent to the unit in the common drive way. Free wi-fi access and foxtel is available. Please also note the unit is located amongst residential tenants please be extra considerate to their surrounds and minimize noise. No parties or large groups.
