Walking distance (just under 1 mile) to NYC train and our beautiful town (Church Street restaurants, shopping, entertainment and the Wellmont Theatre). Modest yet well appointed home. Easy walk to town. Nice yard. Clean friendly and tastefully decorated. Loving room, dining room. kitchen, laundry on premises. I am available for guests as needed by text and I’m often home. The house is less than a mile from one of our two our very quaint town centers. We have fantastic restaurants, a beautiful art museum and lovely parks. On Church Street, you will find often find outdoor concerts on the summer evenings and people eating and mingling outdoors. The Wellmont Theatre has interesting concerts on a weekly basis. The NJ Transit Station to NYC is less than a mile from the house and it’s 35-40min ride into NYC. Uber, or walk. This is my home, please be respectful and remove your shoes when you come in the house.
