The downstairs is open plan, with two stair cases situated at either end of the property, one leading to the master mezzanine bedroom, being accessibility both ways, with a lockable door if needed. 2 double bedrooms and one single, 13.5tog duvets, flurry pillows, fully centrally heated with central wood burner stove ( fuel fully included with log store by the entrance gate) between the lounge and large dining area seating 6, ready laid for your arrival from September to June. A galley kitchen with fridge freezer, Nepresso coffee machine, microwave and all mod cons. Full family bathroom, with full size bath and separate walk in shower, and luxury bath sheets. Bathrobes provided and Molton Brown toiletries Washing machine and tumble dryer are shared with next door in a separate utility room, between the 2 properties. We have ample seating with a large 6 seater new ‘Loaf” settee and armchairs. The large stain glass window has lights, operable from the hallway outside the kitchen. Weber charcoal (not provided) BBQ, terrace, garden all south facing with far reaching views across the valley. Garden table with parasol, outside lighting all over the garden when wanted, switches inside the entrance porch. There is an extensive information book in Lee Chapel, telling you the story of the conversion from a church to a home, 20 years ago. With full knowledge of local shops, attractions, restaurants, walks and any problems that might occur with the house. All emergency telephone numbers, WiFi and local numbers for restaurants etc. On arrival, we welcome you with a selection of speciality teas, Nepresso coffees, and hot chocolate, with fresh milk in the fridge and a very nice bottle of sparkling Prosecco after your long trip! Our local pub has a live music night on Friday evenings, the landlord is an accomplished fiddle player and has lots of friends who join in, you’re also encouraged if you have any hidden talents! Booking recommended if you wanted to eat there, as it can get very busy. Four legged friends are always welcome, a maximum of 2 but we ask that they are NOT allowed upstairs - stair gates are provided, or on any of the furniture. Not all of our guests love them as we do!
