Summary: Decorated for the Holiday Season! Consider making this home your meeting place for the holidays! Let the sun shine down on you and yours in this incredible home on North Long Lake! The lakeside is nothing but windows and skylights! Enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets to bookend your up north adventure with your whole crew! This home features a massive sunroom with two different seating areas flowing out to a deck with two more areas for seating! The newly remodeled master suite also flows out to the deck and sunroom!  The home is fully equipped and is the perfect place to gather with your circle of family and friends. North Long Lake has been a fishing destination for many years and this home is centrally located in the heart of Brainerd Lake country!  Note: The water on North Long Lake is very low this year. It is more than a foot low. At the end of the dock, it is about 14 inches. That will work for some boats, but not all. Also, there are about 20 feet of what is normally shore dry at this time. Swimming off the dock still works, but the shoreline is definitely extended due to the low lake levels.  Let us know if you have questions. The Space: The home has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen that is connected to an informal and formal dining area. The sunroom and living room areas are perfect for relaxing and everything is designed to flow out to the deck. The master suite is truly amazing! Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a pullout queen bed in the loft. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and the huge 2nd bedroom has a queen and 5 twin beds! Four of them are bunks. Note: Due to maintenance, liability, and insurance we unfortunately cannot allow guests to use the fireplace at this time. Please note: We welcome groups, but are not looking to have parties of any kind hosted at this property. This home is located in a neighborhood and the owners do have a noise meter installed to notify management in real time if the noise level is constant and at a decibel that will bother the their neighbors. Guest Access: Guests will receive a welcome email with all the information you will need a few days before your stay. We will forward an online guest book with a ton of information as well. I do also need to mention that this home owner does have a ring system at the door and outside security cameras. The Neighborhood: This home is in a friendly, fairly quiet rural neighborhood. They neighbors on both sides of the home are friendly and have short-term rentals themselves. Other Things to Note: This is a newly remodeled home. Everything in it is new so please consider that when renting it. It is a beautiful place, but we are not looking for parties that could cause damage or excessive noise. There is a gas fireplace in the large bedroom upstairs that can be used in the winter, but we are not using the large wood fireplace in the living room. In leu of a deposit or requiring trip insurance we have a $25 per night Accidental Damage Waiver fee that covers up to $500 in accidental damage. Note: MN RE&M emails out a basic STR agreement and Waiver of Liability upon booking. We require that the guest signs the agreement within 72 of creating the booking. Please contact us with questions.
