Cool contemporary, newly converted studio. Double bedroom with garden & orchard views, shower room & basic kitchenette. Separate from main house with your own front door, garden area and patio. AONB in a leafy lane with a lovely village pub nearby! The space Contemporary and airy with huge double doors on to your own patio. Also a garden at the front - catch the sun at all times of day! Guest access Studio accommodation, front garden area and own rear terrace. Other things to note Cooked breakfasts by arrangement - please request when you book and I'll try and accommodate you. There's no oven currently in the Studio, but I'm really happy to heat things up for you. There's a kettle, small fridge, toaster and sink. Babies are welcome. £10 per night charge. No smoking at the property or in the garden area. No dogs allowed - sorry. I have 2 children so you may hear them if they are in the main garden. We're next to a small friendly pub, but noise if never an issue. Because we are rural, wi-fi can occasionally be intermittent.
