The living room and the fully equipped eat-in separate kitchen, complete with a table for 2/4 persons, a traditional oven and a dishwasher and all the necessary to cook, are fitted with large French windows that lead out on two sides onto a 110 sqm terrace that surrounds the apartment. There, a table and some chairs make it a sort of extra room. The night area communicates with the living room through a corridor along which are located two bathrooms, modern and functional and respectively equipped with a stall shower and a bathtub, and the laundry room complete with a washing machine and all the equipment to clean the apartment.
