Come and stay at our little gem! with everything you need. On a beautiful tree lined street, close to amenities, 5 min drive to CBD, 6 min drive to Sovereign Hill, 8 min to Lake Wendouree. This cosy place is for families, couples or singles, it has central heating for those nice crisp Ballarat mornings. With beautiful linens on your bed, a place to call home away from home, you won't be disappointed. *When a guest books it automatically places a 24 hour gap between the next guest, strict clean* The kitchen is nice and bright with Nespresso Coffee Pod machine at your fingertips! Coffee pods, tea, sugar, and staples (salt&pepper, oil, milk etc). European laundry is situated in the kitchen space, behind cupboards, washing powder is available for you. We have a highchair available if required, and plasticware for the kids. The lounge room, comprises of two 3 seater couches. We have a dvd collection located in the book shelf (games as well) Porta cot, baby bath and children's accessories available, please let us know if you require any of these before arriving. A family friendly home for families with children, (pets upon request), we have a secure backyard for children to run and play, while parents can sit and relax. Our place can sleep 8, configuration is one king bed (can be split into two king singles), queen bed, double bed with single bed (in the same room) and a single sofa lounge bed. Our house has split system heating/Air conditioner !!!! BBQ and outdoor setting waiting for you! You can park your vehicle behind the secure gates and another vehicle in the driveway and another out the front of the premises if you wish. We have a 24 hour petrol/mini mart station 2 doors up, two fish and chip shops walking distance, one coffee shop, barber, post office across the road, fruit and veg shop 30 seconds walking distance. Supermarket, Domino pizza, Kebabman, McDonalds, Bakers Delight 5 minute drive away. Very close to everything. Can walk to CBD if you want to have a wander. Pram provided if required. Bus stop is a 30 second walk across the road. Park in our driveway or out front of property. Secure backyard for kids, vehicle or bikes. Bus routes available across the road. If you require to be picked up from the train station we can provide this for you. Enjoy everything at our home. We hope you have an enjoyable stay. Also, our check In is at 3pm.
