A covered veranda offers shady outdoor seating, while a pool-house sets the scene for relaxed, outdoor living and long summer days. All eyes will be on the sparkling blue solar-heated pool (temperature will fluctuate depending on the weather/season). Please note the pool is NOT FENCED, and this property is not suitable for young families with babies/toddlers. The open plan layout centres around the garden aspect (in fact, every room in this home offers a garden view), with north-facing downstairs living, bay windows and window seating - there is no shortage of places to sit and read with a cup of coffee or cold drink.
