New wooden house 100m to the beach

A brand new comfortable wooden house, 100m to the beach and a one minute walk to the restaurants, shops and bars. The beach house has been finished to a high specification with Air-con, high-speed WIFI, a big walk-in shower as well as indoor and outdoor decked areas - perfect for an evening bbq. Biscarrosse Plage offers plenty for all - surf, huge beaches, dedicated cycle paths and plenty more. The Dune du Pyla is a fifteen minute drive and a little further is super stylish Arcachon. Biscarrosse even has it’s own large lakes with beaches and vast forests accessible by bike or car. Our wooden beach home uses local sustainable materials and was created to sleep a family of four or up to two couples. It has vaulted ceilings and exposed timber beams throughout giving a light airy feel. There is a generous double bedroom with glass doors leading to a large wooden deck perfect for breakfast al fresco. Sliding doors then lead to a second sleeping space with comfortable bunk beds followed by an open plan lounge / dining and kitchen area. Comforts include high spec Bosch integrated appliances, HD tv with a super Nintendo system and a selection games. Locally sourced white cedar and sequoia have been used for doors, tables and shelves - they look and smell amazing! The spacious bathroom features a walk in shower and plenty of natural light. Hansgrohe fittings have been used throughout. Within the garden is a large outdoor decked terrace planted with palm trees and to the side of the house is a covered terrace providing shelter from the midday sunshine. At the rear is a storage area for bikes and surfboards. There is gated car parking. Other things to note Up to one pet accepted and you are responsible for any damage and cleaning the garden, no pets allowed on furniture. Smoking allowed outside only and not near the wood please. Please use the air conditioning thoughtfully and do not leave it on when you are away or when you have windows open We have used pine flooring from Les Landes with is beautiful but fragile and easily damaged by sand, please leave shoes and flip flops by the front door. Please do not use have abraisives to clean the plancha as this will damage the enamel coating
