The Byre at Tiltup is a stunning 4 bedroom, top spec Eco-barn set over 2 acres of beautiful countryside and located in a small hamlet between the villages of Southrop and Eastleach. The barn which is flooded with natural light and boasts incredible uninterrupted views has all the modern luxuries you would want for a relaxing, comfortable holiday in the Cotswolds. Offering light and spacious open plan living with huge bifold doors leading out to a fantastic terrace for alfresco dining. Or why not use the open fire in the paddock which is perfect for camp fire cook outs. Should you prefer not to cook then you are only a bike ride or walk away from the villages of Southrop and Eastleach both of which have fantastic pubs and Southrop also has the Ox Barn restaurant at Thyme. Lechlade is 4 miles away and offers watersports on the River Thames, walking on the Thames Path, then why not finish with tea & homemade cake at one of the Artisan coffee shops? Burford is 8 miles away and has the renowned Burford Garden Centre, Burford High Street and Cotswold Wildlife Park. A little further afield you have Buscot, Bibury, Blenheim, The White Horse at Uffington, Oxford, Cheltenham and Bath. LIVING: Wonderful open plan Kitchen, Dining and Living room with vaulted ceiling, floor to ceiling windows and Bifold doors all looking out to private paddocks, wood and farmland. Underfloor ground source heating and cooling throughout. The Kitchen if fully integrated with a super kitchen island with Ceramic induction hob and breakfast bar with stools. Electric oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso Pod Coffee machine (pods not included) and Quooker tap. The Dining area has a large dining table with seating for 8 and a built in dresser housing a drinks bar. There are large Bifold doors opposite for those sunny days. The Living area has 2 large sofas which are incredibly comfy and an armchair. There are more Bifold doors which open onto one of the terraces. This room has a SONOS sound system. There is a stunning App controlled gas tunnel fire which you get to enjoy in both the Living room and the Snug. The Snug has a large corner sofa, an entertainment system including a 55 inch Smart TV. Super fast, unlimited broadband. The Byre has an essential Boot Room which also houses the laundry area with a separate washing machine and tumble dryer. At the heart of this eco house is the Atrium with a striking steel balustrade and galleried landing flooded with light from an oversized skylight. All the bedrooms are on the first floor BEDROOMS: Master Bedroom with Superking bed, wall mounted 42 inch Smart TV, SONOS, Bifold windows opening out onto a private glass fronted balcony with views across the beautiful countryside. The owners have a couple who live on site and look after all the grounds and maintenance. They are also available to receive any pre-ordered food deliveries and can help should you have any issues during your stay. OUTSIDE: Large gravelled parking area for up to 4 cars if needed.
