Upon entry, downstairs is comprised of bedrooms 3 and 4, plus the main bathroom (featuring bath), laundry and games room/kids retreat featuring a table tennis and football table, sofa and TV. Upstairs is the open plan living area which incorporates the lounge with 75inch Smart TV, dining and spacious kitchen, from here you will enjoy wonderful views across the commanding deck and out over the trees to the ocean. The master bedroom with ensuite and WIR is also located upstairs to enjoy the views, plus bedroom 2 and a smaller bathroom, featuring a shower. This home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably (Max 6 adults and 6 children), so bringing along the whole crew is not an issue. FACILITIES: A well-equipped holiday home with an open plan lounge, dining, kitchen with dishwasher, laundry facilities, BBQ FEATURES/ENTERTAINMENT: TVs, DVD Player, Table Tennis table, Foosball table and WIFI. HEATING/COOLING: Reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the upstairs living area. PETS: No Pets FENCED: Not fully fenced. CLEANING: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, will be incorporated into the rental fee. BEDDING: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, all pillows are provided.
