In approximately 2 minutes on foot you will reach the centre of the village, which offers restaurants, bakeries, bars and supermarkets. The beautiful city of Bolzano is located a 35-minute drive away (25.6 km) and Merano is a 57-minute drive away (58 km). The ski resort Ski Center Latemar can be reached by car in just 14 minutes (10.6 km) and the Deutschnofen ski lift is a mere 4-minute drive from the property. Covered parking spaces are available on the property. An underground parking space can be reserved in advance. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of €10. There is a cellar in the residence for approximately 20 people, which can be used for events upon request.
