Seaside Villa near San Vito Lo Capo
A marvelous house at the foot of the mountain 'Mt Monaco', at about 150mt from the sea, nearby the old tuna fishing-building 'Tonnara'. We don’t like to call it a 'villa', it’s a house (‘una casa’, as is it called in Italian). Relax and holiday The space A marvelous house at the feet of the mountain 'Monte Monaco', at about 150 meters from the seashore, nearby the old tunafishing-building 'Tonnara del Secco', in a place which, unless the construction-boom of the eighties, has been left relatively 'unpolluted'. Compared to the town, where during summer-period it's quit impossible finding some rest and quiet, here the only visitors you could have are the cows and sheep outside the fence. It’s not a ‘villa’, at least we don’t like calling it a villa, it’s a house (‘una casa’, as is it called in Italian). The house is comfortable, with 7 sleeping-possibilities (1 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms which can become double and 1 small room with 1 bed), 2 toilets, living-room and a big kitchen. In reality this kitchen during summer isn't used that much, because of the possibility to stay outside 24h / 24h, to eat around the big marble- table, to prepare the barbecue or just simply to sit and read a book, taking some sunshine after a swim in the nearby sea or after having taken a fresh shower. And if you have a hammock, bring it with you, because laying in the hammock under the pine-tress is one of the most beautiful things to do. A baby cot can be put available. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed or 2 single beds, on mezzanine. Bedroom 4 with 1 single bed. 2 bathrooms. 1 with shower, wc, bidet - 1 smaller bathroom with shower, wc and hairdryer. External shower extremely useful during summer-days. Kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge (including small freezer), table
