Welcome to Lake Daze plus Bunkroom and Just Chillin' apartment, a tranquil waterfront property, available to accommodate anywhere from 16 to 32 family members and/or friends! This property is unlike any other on the lake – you can rent to sleep 16 through the main house/listing, Lake Daze, add beds for 8 more (total 24) with the addition of the Bunkhouse OR get crazy and invite 32 by adding on “Just Chillin”!!! Whichever options you choose, one thing is for sure…You will love your time at Lake Daze! As you enter the main house, please be sure not to step on your jaw as you gaze through the wall of glass immediately in front of you. You are greeted with amazing views- The Lake; The lush yard, perfect for an afternoon game of football; And, of course, the beauty, artistry & shade created by Mother Nature Herself (the trees). This open floor-planned farmhouse is reminiscent of all things Chip & Jo – from the beamed, cathedral ceilings & open kitchen shelving to the 8-person dining table, calming décor, and uplifting, locally-crafted art. The kitchen, besides being cute as a button, will satisfy the pickiest of chefs with all your culinary essentials within arm's reach! For those wanting to learn a trick or two in kitchen or just keep your chef company, a huge bar with six stools separates the kitchen from living area. If choosing to dine indoors, you will be able to comfortably seat 8 at the dining table plus 6 at the bar AND still be able to share the same conversation. The spacious living room's focal point is a gorgeous rock fireplace that matches the rock columns found on the back porch, bringing the outside in. A huge sectional sofa will be a wonderful place for an afternoon nap, nighttime movie, or maybe just view the beauty outdoors while staying cool. To the left of the sliding doors in the living room, the master oasis is prepped for your head's landing. Through the door from the carport, the entry to the “Bunkhouse” is to your immediate left and entry to “Just Chillin” is up the stairs to your left. Bunkhouse Upon entry to the “Bunkhouse”, a short hallway houses a washer & dryer should you need to do some laundry during your stay. Beyond the hallway and straight ahead, you immediately view the “Bunkhouse” bathroom as well as to your left a cool closet with shelving for people staying in the bunkhouse to store their possessions. As you enter the main space from the entry, a huge room is home to 4 twin sets of bunkbeds with a pool/ping pong table in the middle. As you continue forward, a full-service, galley-style kitchen is available to prep for your large family dinners and/or cook up some snacks for movies or gaming on the Smart TV located in the living room. There is also a dining area and patio with furniture that also provides a stone path down to everyone's favorite spot, the boat dock. Just Chillin As you enter the door at the top of the stairs, a 2/1, brand new apartment with kitchen, living, dining and balcony awaits. The first bedroom sleeps 4 with a queen bed and twin bunkbed. The second room sleep 4 also, but with a king bed and twin daybed/trundle. Laid out much like the “Bunkhouse”, “Just Chillin” has its own kitchen, living & dining room and private patio.
